Truck Driver

DESCRIPTION:

eCycle Solutions operates multiple asset recovery and electronics and electrical equipment recycling facilities across Canada – amongst the most technologically advanced in North America. With over 400 employees and 300 metric tonnes of daily processing capacity.

We are currently seeking a full time Truck Driver for our Mississauga plant. This role will report directly to the Logistics Coordinator and is expected to have strong customer service skills and a clean driver’s abstract.  Must have 3yrs previous verifiable experience driving a 5ton/straight truck.

• Must possess a Class 5 license and can drive a truck/cube van.
• Clean drivers abstract
• Must perform inspection and maintenance of the company vehicle and reporting of necessary repairs to the Logistics Coordinator.
• Familiarity within Toronto and GTA areas.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work schedule is 7:00 am – 3:00 pm with overtime as required.
• Flexibility to work during the weekends.
• Must be able to work outside in most weather conditions.
• Must have safety clothing such as steel toe boots, safety vest.
• Excellent customer service skills with good work ethic.
• Maintaining a positive, professional and friendly personality.
