When you’re disposing laptops, cellphones and other electronic devices, you want to ensure the information on them is private and secure. To give you peace of mind, we offer comprehensive data-wiping and data-destruction services. We’ll remove all personal information and company data from your devices then destroy and recycle the hardware to ensure your sensitive information is permanently deleted.
We’ll provide you with a Certificate of Destruction and, if requested, we’ll provide you with witnessed destruction services.
We’ll provide all these services at your location or, if you prefer, at one of our secure facilities.
Once your electronic items are decommissioned, we’ll remove any hazardous materials before recycling the items using various manual and mechanical processes. Instead of being sent to a landfill, the recycled material will be reused in new electronic products.
To ensure we have a streamlined and efficient recycling process, our team utilizes a detailed asset tracking system. When we receive your item, we record the make, model, serial number, client information, and other additional information that makes tracking your asset easier. Our digital tracking system allows us to easily locate your asset at any time and confirm if it has had its data wiped, been recycled, or been refurbished for resale. We also provide our customers with a Certificate of Destruction and a complete data report explaining what was received, what services were administered, and what was ultimately recycled. For those interested in refurbishing or reselling their assets after their data has been wiped, we also help with registration and discovery to help you establish the value of your assets.

With this in mind, we offer comprehensive data-wiping and hard drive destruction services for our customers. In this way, we can ensure that your devices are free of confidential personal information and company data when they are recycled. Upon request, our team can provide a complete diagnostic evaluation of your individual devices. The goal of this test is to identify issues with the device, evaluate possible solutions to these issues, produce a quote for refurbishment, and possibly repair it so it can be redeployed or resold by our clients. Our diagnostic test includes a functional assessment, cosmetic grading, and market valuation. If we find the item to be too damaged or obsolete to be repaired, we will provide a detailed report and recycle the item at your request. We keep our clients updated throughout each phase of the recycling or refurbishing process, so you always have control over your asset.
If you opt to refurbish your electronic device based on our quote from the diagnostic test, we will perform a basic refurbishment to repair and upgrade the asset. Not only will this ensure your electronic device is operational, but we will maximize the value of the asset to improve the return, should you choose to resell it. Our team records a detailed log of the refurbishment tasks performed and will provide you with a copy for resale. Assets are then sold through our comprehensive network of wholesalers, retailers, and end users. If you prefer to sell your devices independently, we will securely package and ship the item to you so you can pursue other resale or charitable opportunities.
