October 20, 2009 - Airdrie, AB: eCycle Solutions has reorganized the management team to reflect the rapid growth of the part 6 months. This new organizational structure will create a more responsive management team that is clearly focused on core areas of responsibility.

"Realigning our operationa structure to match the needs of our clients means that eCycle Solutions will remain focused on environmental performance, transparency, customer service and cost effective recycling services."

Highlights of the reorganization include:

• Ronald V. Lepore becomes Vice President, Operations: In his new role, he will oversee operations across the company and work in particular in getting eCycle Solutions ISO 14001 certified in 2010.
• Darryl Wolski becomes Director, Commodity Sales: In his new role he will focus on auditing and approval of downstream commodity vendors to ensure eCycle Solutions maintains the highest level of environmental performance possible.
•  Clayton Miller becomes Director, Communication & Business Development: Clayton will continue to maintain client relationships at the national level and focus on building the eCycle Solutions brand across Canada.
•  Shawn Searle becomes Account Manager – Alberta: In his new role Shawn will continue to service Alberta-based municiapl and ICI clients to ensure continuation of the high level of service they have come to expect from eCycle Solutions.
