We are looking for a Bilingual Billings Administrator who will be part of the Finance team but work closely with the operations and sales teams.

In this role you will be responsible to:

  • Utilizes computerized accounting software programs (SAP, Excel) to perform duties and responsibilities
  • Ensure day to day processing of accounts receivables transactions performed accurately, on time and in full, including:
    • Creates, posts and distributes Invoices.
    • Generates accounting statements and reports.
    • Researches cash receipts, coding and posting of receipts.
    • Oversees accounts receivable write-offs and payment reversals.
    • Develops automated spreadsheets.
    • Organizes and maintains up to date financial records.
    • Provides monthly financial and management reports.
  • Assists with general administrative duties as assigned/required.

Position Requirements:

  • 4-6 years hands-on Accounting experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in both English and French
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers with a high degree of accuracy and speed
  • Effective ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently and follow through with minimum direction
  • College level accounting classes or Accounting Degree preferred
